Change
Maya lost a tooth Friday evening, with her daddy's help. Then this morning I cut bangs for her. It's all quite a change!
1st grade
I have decided 1st grade is a lot harder than kindergarten! It comes with homework 3 days a week, plus reading assignments and even a research report on flying squirrels due in 2 weeks.
BUT, it also comes with being able to check out books from the school library, art class, P.E., and a wonderful teacher named Mrs. Adams. She likes to cook! So Maya brought home a little apple pie tart that she made in class on Tuesday. And it was tasty!
